1. Custom-made zinc alloy nickel-plated hardware locks with stable performance, beautiful appearance, and durability. A variety of lock options are available.

2. Custom-made imported 304 stainless steel hinges enhance the smoothness of door leaf opening, ensuring a more effortless and durable operation while preventing the door leaf from sagging over time.

3. The door leaf features a flush-frame design, and both the door leaf and the door frame are equipped with anti-collision rubber strips and sealing brushes, ensuring excellent sealing and sound insulation performance.

4. The sealant for insulated glass is a two-component polysulfide adhesive (A and B components). It features stable performance, excellent sealing properties, and resists aging and cracking.

5. The glass used is automotive-grade copper-coated glass with excellent light transmittance.

6. Aluminum with wood-grain texture boasts a strong, clear grain pattern, and is resistant to corrosion, waterproof, fire-retardant, durable, and colorfast.

After-sales Service Instructions:

Our factory offers a one-year warranty on all products. Glass is not covered under the free warranty. During the warranty period, we will replace the upper and lower wheels, hardware, hinges, and other components free of charge. Handles and locks are guaranteed to function properly. Scratches are not covered under the free replacement policy. (Special cases are excluded from warranty coverage: failures or damage caused by human factors or by force majeure natural events.)
Glass is a fragile material, and even after tempering, it still carries the risk of spontaneous breakage. Any damage to the glass will require the user to cover the repair costs themselves. Our factory provides a warranty covering free replacement within three months from the date of manufacture only in cases where the glass spontaneously breaks. For glass that has been out of the factory for more than three months, any spontaneous breakage will be at the user’s expense for repair.
If users encounter performance issues during normal use, and the product is still under warranty, our factory promises free warranty service. If the product is beyond the warranty period, our factory will provide replacement services for hardware accessories and locks at cost price. In addition, if any specific provisions are stipulated by applicable national laws and regulations, our factory will comply with such laws and regulations accordingly.
Users must retain the purchase receipt and present it to avail themselves of the warranty service. Since window and door products are custom-made, if they include hardware components similar to those found in electronic devices, the warranty terms will be governed by the standards applicable to electronic products. Our factory assumes no responsibility for providing free after-sales service for electronic products.
The free warranty covers only the replacement of product contents and does not include shipping costs. The user shall bear the shipping costs incurred for the replacement themselves.
