Product Parameters

1. Use Noto hardware system accessories.

2. The window sashes are equipped with imported 304 stainless steel hinges featuring anti-fall mechanisms, while the screen sashes use concealed 316 hinges.

3. Both the window sash and window frame feature a multi-chamber thermal break design, and the thermal insulation strips are imported PA66 nylon strips (22 mm wide).

4. Flush-frame design for both interior and exterior (can be configured as double inward-opening; for double inward-opening, the glass sash does not feature a flush-frame design). External concealed drainage holes and European-style rounded trim lines.

5. All glass used is automotive-grade ultra-white glass, and the sealant for the insulated glass units is an AB two-component polysulfide sealant.

6. Both the window sash and window frame sealing strips are made using a combination of EPDM rubber and foamed double-process sealing strips.

7. The hollow aluminum strip employs an integrated bending technology, with a desiccant (i.e., moisture-absorbing particles) filling the hollow space and an inert gas (hydrogen or nitrogen) filling the interior.

8. A uniquely designed double-layer overlapping and pressing yarn-fixing process ensures that the 304 diamond mesh remains taut and perfectly smooth throughout.

9. All screws are made of 304 stainless steel.

10. Opening methods: screen window opens inward, glass window opens outward, outward-opening top-hung window, double-door configuration, door with window, and both screen and glass windows open inward.

After-sales Service Instructions:

Our factory offers a one-year warranty on all products. Glass is not covered under the free warranty. During the warranty period, we will replace the upper and lower wheels, hardware, hinges, and other components free of charge. Handles and locks are guaranteed to function properly. Scratches are not covered under the free replacement policy. (Special cases are excluded from warranty coverage: failures or damage caused by human factors or by irresistible natural phenomena.)
Glass is a fragile material, and even after tempering, it still carries the risk of spontaneous breakage. Any damage to the glass will require the user to cover the repair costs themselves. Our factory provides a warranty covering free replacement within three months from the date of manufacture only if the glass spontaneously breaks. For glass that has been out of the factory for more than three months, any spontaneous breakage will require the user to pay for the repair costs themselves.
If users encounter performance issues during normal use, and the product is still under warranty, our factory promises free warranty service. If the product is beyond the warranty period, our factory will provide replacement services for hardware accessories and locks at cost price. In addition, if any specific provisions are stipulated by applicable national laws and regulations, our factory will comply with such laws and regulations accordingly.
Users must retain the purchase receipt and present it to avail themselves of the warranty service. Since window and door products are custom-made, if they include hardware components similar to those found in electronic devices, the warranty will be handled according to the terms applicable to electronic products. Our factory assumes no responsibility for providing free after-sales service for electronic products.
The free warranty covers only the replacement of product contents and does not include shipping costs. The user shall bear the shipping costs incurred for the replacement themselves.
