1. Use MACO and GIESSE hardware system components.
2. The window sashes are made of imported 304 stainless steel with anti-fall hinges. The window sashes come in two types of grooves: “U”-shaped grooves and “European standard” grooves.

9. The hollow aluminum strip employs an integrated bending technology and is internally filled with a desiccant (i.e., moisture-absorbing particles). The hollow space is also filled with an inert gas (argon or nitrogen).
10. All screws are made of 304 stainless steel.

After-sales Service Instructions:

1. All products manufactured by our factory come with a one-year warranty. Glass is not covered under the free warranty. During the warranty period, we will replace the upper and lower wheels, hardware, hinges, and other components free of charge. Handles and locks are guaranteed to function properly. Scratches are not covered under the free replacement policy. (Special cases are excluded from warranty coverage: failures or damage caused by human factors or by force majeure natural phenomena.)

2. Glass is a fragile material, and even after tempering, it still carries the risk of spontaneous breakage. Any damage to the glass will require the user to cover the repair costs themselves. Our factory provides a free replacement only for glass that spontaneously breaks within three months of its出厂 date. For glass that has been out of the factory for more than three months, any spontaneous breakage will require the user to bear the repair costs.

3. If a user experiences performance issues during normal use, and the product is still under warranty, our factory promises free warranty service. If the product is beyond the warranty period, our factory will provide replacement of hardware accessories and locks at cost price. In addition, if any specific provisions are stipulated by applicable national laws and regulations, our factory will comply with such laws and regulations accordingly.

4. Users must retain the purchase receipt and present it to avail themselves of the warranty service. Since window and door products are custom-made, if they include hardware components similar to those found in electronic devices, the warranty terms for such hardware will be governed by the electronic device warranty policy. Our factory assumes no responsibility for providing free after-sales service for electronic devices.

5. The free warranty covers only the replacement of product components and does not include shipping costs. Any shipping fees incurred during the replacement will be borne by the user.

6. If any of the following situations apply, users will be required to pay for repairs themselves, even within the warranty period:

(1) Damage caused by human factors or irresistible natural phenomena;

(2) Malfunctions or damages caused by improper operation;

(3) Failures or damages resulting from the disassembly, modification, dismantling, or reassembly of the product.
